Public Nominations: Every Kenyan has the power to nominate a deserving leader or institution.
Rigorous Evaluation: A thorough vetting process by the Bobea Awards Secretariat will identify the top 10 finalists per category.
Public Voting: Finalists will be profiled and presented for nationwide public voting—giving citizens the final say.
This participatory model ensures that the Awards reflect genuine public sentiment and trust.
